How to Perform Regular Maintenance on Wheel Loaders

Maintenance of wheel loader should be performed using a work timer or on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. In extremely harsh, dusty, or humid working environments, more frequent lubrication maintenance is required than specified in regular maintenance. During maintenance, the maintenance items listed in the original requirements should be repeated.

Parts to be checked during maintenance on Wheel Loaders

1. Add coolant
2. Check the sensor harness of the post-processing system from time to time to prevent the harness from being displaced and burned close to the carburetor surface.
3. Add fuel
4. Exhaust the low-pressure fuel line
5. Clean the engine surface
6. Clean the respirator
7. Release the pressure in the hydraulic system
8. Add hydraulic oil
9. Replace the severely contaminated hydraulic oil
10 Exhaust the clamp
11. Install the battery
12. Charge the battery
13. Maintain the battery storage
14. Check whether the battery is scrapped
15. Replace the battery, cable, and negative switch
16. Add grease
17. Check the evaporator
18. Maintain the air conditioning compressor
19. Replace the bucket blade
20. Check and replace the bucket teeth
21. Check the seat belt
22. Wash the window
23 Inject the window washing wave
24. Check and replace the window wiper
25. Adjust the rear hood lifting force–
