Preparation before installation

1 Park the machine on a flat surface and level the work attachment.
2. Firstly, switch off the engine. Operate the operating handle of the working device to carry out the action of lowering, lifting, bucket unloading and retracting of the movable arm, and release the pressure in the working hydraulic system.
3. The quick-change switching valve is located on the right side of the quick-change frame of the machine. Rotate the switching valve handle to the horizontal state.
4. Manoeuvre the multi-function handle so that the connecting pin of the quick-change device contracts inwards.
5. Manoeuvre the machine, tilt the quick-change frame slightly forward and advance the machine slowly so that the quick-change frame is aligned with the hook of the work attachment; at the same time, lift the arm slightly so that the quick-change frame is accurately hung into the hook.
6. Tilt the quick-change frame slightly backward to align the connecting pin with the pin hole of the work attachment.
7 Manoeuvre the multi-function operating handle so that the quick-change attachment pin extends outwards and connects to the work attachment.
8To ensure that the quick-change attachment pin is fully engaged with the work appliance, turn the work appliance down and lower it to the ground while applying slight pressure, then raise the arm.
9Turn the switching valve handle to vertical.
